Magazine Redesign

Stanley Donwood is an artist I have always admired. His unique compositions and subject matter, as well as the material he uses to bring his twisted friends to life, are all things I adore about Donwood. I wanted to create a piece that celebrated his works, but I didn’t want to just show off the work without talking about the artist. Through my research, I found that the magazine company Justapoz had an issue detailing the artist and his works alongside the band Radiohead. Seeing the magazine, it was very informational about the artist, but I didn’t feel like it captured the essence of Donwood's work. I took it upon myself to recreate certain pages from the magazine and transform them into a telling of Donwood’s work
